Several things need to be noticed before the hot blast stove is demolished. Because there is pressure in the use process, we must pay attention to the relevant tests after the demolition is completed, so as to avoid the potential safety hazards. Revamping requires the removal of the relevant components of the existing hot blast stove, so when removing, attention should be paid to closing the blower and stopping operation. When the furnace temperature drops to the appropriate temperature, stop the induced draft fan and chain grate, and then the workers enter the furnace from the dialing door, remove the original furnace arch, and clean the furnace interior, and then Remove the main engine and auxiliary machine. (1) Handover confirmation of demolition site
Before demolition, it is usually necessary to confirm whether there is power failure, whether water, gas and other media pipelines have been closed, and the demolition construction can be carried out only after the confirmation is correct. Before dismantling, the gas pipeline should be blocked with blind board (this work is usually completed by Party A). For the demolition operation immediately after stopping the furnace, three manholes on the top of the furnace and holes on the shell should be opened before demolition, and the temperature in the furnace should be lowered for one day. In order to transport the dismantled refractories and waste materials, dump trucks should be prepared in advance.
(2) Gas determination and warning
Usually in hot air pipe, flue pipe, etc. in charge of opening. With gas alarm and gas detection, after the gas meets the safety requirements, personnel enter the demolition of internal refractories, while closing the construction area, 15 meters outward along the pipeline as a safety zone, to prevent personnel from entering. At the same time, full-time personnel should be alerted. Before demolition, the East steel coke road will be closed and a special person will be arranged for vigilance.
(3) Removal of hot blast stove
Before removal, incisions were made at the bottom according to the position of about 2500 mm of the foundation, as shown in the figure of the red line. Two gas welders were selected from the position of 2500 mm from both ends to the ground. The cutting angle was 170 degrees inward and the cutting height was 2500-3000mm. In order to remove the bottom refractory easily and reduce the dumping resistance, the incision is shown graphically, so that the pickaxe machine can enter the furnace to remove the furnace wall and checked bricks. Along the incision, the pickaxe machine is used to remove the refractory to the position of 1/3 - 1/4 of the shell, and the hot blast stove refractory at the front incision is cleaned up. Choose two gas welders and cut back along the center of the cut (such as the red line) at the same time. Cut to the shell and leave 1/3. Push forward from the back with hydraulic shears. Carry out surface decomposition, transportation and refractory cleaning.
