燃油[热风炉]如何改造燃煤[热风炉]?

如何将燃煤热风炉改为燃油热风炉?如何将普通燃油热风炉改为燃煤热风炉?实际上,通常的方法是提高热风炉的炉身高度,改造热风炉的截面尺寸,扩大炉体的体积,重新布置和调整受热面,拆除改造原有的燃油热风炉、炉架和基础,对热风炉的承压部件进行鉴定和评价;其它燃煤相关炉体改造方案与热风炉局部改造方案相同。

新建的燃煤热风炉保证了热风炉的安全性和可靠性,能满足调峰要求,机组利用率高。燃气热风炉就是采用燃料直接燃烧,经高净化处理形成热风,而和物料直接接触加热干燥或烘烤。该种方法燃料的消耗量约比用蒸汽式或其他间接加热器减少一半左右。因此,在不影响烘干产品品质的情况下,完全可以使用直接式高净化热风。燃油热风炉通过长时间的生产实践,人们已经认识到,只有利用热风作为介质和载体才能更大地提高热利用率和热工作效果。传统电热源和蒸汽热动力在输送过程中往往配置多台循环风机,使之最终还是间接形成热风进行烘干或供暖操作。这种过程显然存在大量浪费能源及造成附属设备过多、工艺过程复杂等诸多缺点。新的燃煤热风炉方案存在的主要问题是:原有的燃油热风炉需要彻底拆除,需要新建燃煤热风炉,工程量大,建设周期长;投资巨大,不仅拆除原有的燃油热风炉的总成本,而且还需要新的燃煤热风炉设备和人工安装的成本,这比新的燃煤热风炉项目的成本要高。原燃料热风炉承压部件、无压部件、钢制部件、零部件、管道等不能重复使用。

The main problems existing in the new scheme of coal-fired hot-blast stove are as follows: the original oil-fired hot-blast stove needs to be completely dismantled and the new coal-fired hot-blast stove needs to be built, which has a large amount of engineering and a long construction period; the huge investment not only requires the total cost of dismantling the original oil-fired hot-blast stove, but also requires the cost of new coal-fired hot-blast stove equipment and manual installation. This is more expensive than the new coal-fired hot blast stove project. The pressure-bearing parts, non-pressure parts, steel parts, parts and pipes of the raw fuel hot blast stove can not be reused.
原有的燃煤热风炉改为燃油热风炉,再进行燃煤改造。目前,由于历史的原因,一些电厂原有的燃煤热风炉已改为燃油炉。这种燃油电厂的燃油炉基本上是燃煤热风炉。油炉改烧煤后,热风炉的结构尺寸和受热面布置基本满足煤的燃烧要求,油炉改烧煤后,热风炉的满载输出要求得到保证。改造工作只需恢复原燃煤热风炉的特点,改造工程的基本内容和方案与纯油炉改煤炉的基本内容和方案相似。
